Pros

Large company brings advantages in sales cycle

Cons

Company doing a really bad job simply acquiring companies and then not being able to integrate them properly. Bad benefits Bad Leadership and not really caring about employees (not realizing that the employees are really providing the services), thus huge turnover in newly acquired companies and losing the best and most motivated employees.

Pros

There are a small amount of very good people left in the business. You can work from home. No one really checks up on you (because they don’t really care)

Cons

Motivation is very low and morale is all over the floor. Our customers don’t like us and they are going elsewhere. The management don’t seem to care about this and think the answer is to bring in new salespeople and give them a digital badge. Delivery issues are the problem, not sales. The delivery organisation is probably the worst I have ever worked with. Constant job cuts and no talent strategy means we have very few good people left. Those that are left are waiting for the next round of redundancies and are not bothering to learn new skills. It really is the worst place I have ever worked.
