Pros

If you are fresh out of college and want to get some experience, then DXC may be worth your time.

Cons

Shrinking budgets, shrinking workforce, shrinling customer base, and management that does not care about the employees. CEO openly admits that they are no longer a company that gives merit pay increases, and there are also no cost of living increases. Promotions are also non-existent, despite the fact that the management has no problem dumping the increasingly unmanageable workload on the few employees that remain. Sales continually losees out on contracts because potential customers know that DXC lacks the people and money to support their services. All of these issues have created a dismal, morale-free environment.

Wouldn't buy the services I'm selling. Now mostly a band of subcontractors and those processes not managed well. Also are very disingenuous and not transparent about bonus programs to their employees, including surprising people after the year saying they were not part of a bonus program. 2 years in and still very poor brand penetration in the marketplace with the new merger.

Flexible work schedule and my direct leader.

Cons

Everything else - salary (no raise for employees in 10+ yrs), benefits. Best senior leaders have left under Lawrie's reign. Continued workforce reductions to offset lack of strategy and investment from CEO. Reductions are impacting clients, impacting revenue, driving more reductions. However, CEO still receiving large salary and stock options. Very frustrating work environment.
