some very good people work for this entity - they deserve so much better

Cons

1) cost cutting on a massive scale 2) no pay increases from day 1 of employment 3) confused and muddled upper,middle and lower management structure 4) virtually no presence in the IT market place (in the outside world, nobody has heard of DXC - its even worse that no-one within the company can explain what DXC actually stands for - maybe it's pronounced 'Dixie' as in the flag? or maybe) 5) staff and customer confidence in DXC is non-existant, regardless of what some on this thread may have you believe.

Management is incompetent - This is good for young inexperienced employees who get to hold the reins more than they should be allowed. Benefits are ok - inherited from HP days - expect these to evaporate though.

Cons

Management is incompetent. If you take any pride in your work, this is soul destroying. Penny-pinching at every opportunity. Working with comically inept offshore resources. Waiting for the hatchet - like watching your own funeral ... slowly.

Cons

The DXC philosophy is to give as little as possible to the employees and company to keep it from crumbling. It's always on the verge of crumbling. I've never seen lower morale (myself included). The systems/tools provided to employees are embarrassing and cause an extreme lack of productivity and frustration. You will never get a raise and the view is if you don't like it then leave which is what most people do.
