      Backwards on Tech, Sweatshop

      High standards of hygiene and neatness. People are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Sweatshop IT consulting, so there is a lot of OT because of very tight deadlines, poor management (almost nobody cares), unreasonable deadlines, little to pay increment. Using backwards technology, like Outsystems and PEGA, claiming they are better than using AI. No real expert on the domain knowledge and technology.
