      Pros

      Excellent professionals, amazing accommodation, no vertical structure of management. Incredible social conditions

      Cons

      Not so incredible as it seems from the first sight :). Some colleges are very arrogant. Grade and salary growth is a little vague though management afford to make it clear.

      Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We bet some arrogant guys could be found anywhere though we think the majority of our colleagues are very nice people to work with. We may be subjective, but this is also confirmed by the results of our internal surveys. Colleagues mark that the team is one of the main reasons to be with DataArt. We keep on working on the transparency of the grading system and have recently come up with the idea of a career map inside the company where one can build his/ her personal way of development.

      - friendly people - comfortable offices - fruits and coffee at the kitchen - interesting and various projects - good management - no bureaucracy

      Cons

      - sometimes we have to work with other vendors (Indian teams) - not all processes are clear, as there no bureaucracy , but company is working on it

      Hello! Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with DataArt at the moment. Regarding the hierarchy we have a flat structure what means everything is a bit more chaotic than in traditional hierarchic systems. But this allows us to be flexible and change quickly. That's actually how we managed to operate successfully in the last 20 years, flexibility is the key. What we can suggest is to talk to local HR Manager about the situation so that she can help with the advice what to do. Yes, bench could be long sometimes. But salary is paid all this period and all the educational courses and internal projects are at your service. In any case, please, reach out a local HR Manager or PM or Office Head to discuss your situation and find the way out.
