Cons

Not enough place for ping-pong table in the gym.

Bad employee management. No career roadmap. Yet another body shop.

Hi! Thank you for the review. Here are some actions we suggest to take to change the situation. - "Bad employee management" - if you don't like the management in your project you can change the project. Please talk to your local HR Manager about it. If you don't like the office you can change it as well and relocate, please talk to your local HR Manager. - "No career roadmap". That's true, there are no official guidelines on the issue at the moment. This project is currently in progress, the results will be announced and implemented in the beginning of 2018. Actually, you don't have to wait and can address the Coordinator of Talent Management Program right now to work on your case. So as a general advice on a situation, please be proactive, state your dissatisfaction to the dedicated people so they can learn about it and help. You can also use the Annual Satisfaction Survey to give your comments on all aspects of DataArt functioning.
