      Lovely company to work for, just need a training plan/structure

      Pros

      The work ethic is really good. Work/life balance is amazing. Managers and everyone at the company are really nice. Any issues you can always address them to your line manager and they can be resolved. Monthly work socials which are nice.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be any constructive sort of plan for training. You are kind of working by yourself and getting help of other people to learn rather than an actual senior who is managing you and checking your progress. Not the best way to learn but it works for me and some people but not for everyone.
