You will painfully watch others are taking credit of your work repeatedly. No promotions at all. Your only attraction is the salary offered at the time of joining. After that only dream of getting a descent hike. Variable pay is another Big factor. That is introduced for not giving to employees. Every time manager say shamefully that your performance is not good as the previous cycle and because of my cosideration you are still in the team. So if you have any plan to work in IT industry, Never think of joining DELL.
