Good people but no projects and horrible management

The designers are competent, international, kind and fun to work with

Cons

Terribly managed by incompetent leaders who miserably fail to motivate the team. Gossip like teenagers, badmouthing and backstabbing is not uncommon. Micromanagement at its core with no opportunity to learn independently.

A strong legacy strategic design brand with super creative methods and talented designers.

Cons

New leadership lacks vision and ability to manage a highly creative team globally. Zero empathy and human-centricity (ironic to the brand philosophy of being human-centric). Ad-hoc decision making creating unstable & unhealthy work environment. HR is extremely toxic and incompetent. benefits for employees are missing. No focus on employee growth & mental wellbeing
