Great collaboration and work ethic within the creative team. Better opportunities to create portfolio work and work with global clients.

Cons

Benefits have taken a great plunge downward since Rational got acquired by Designit / Wipro. Lots of talk about career growth, but ends up being just talk. Compensation isn't quite competitive within the Seattle Market.
