Pros

Nothing really. You shouldn't work there unless you're desperate. Location not great either. Women are not taken seriously. One off managers can be good.

Cons

Cost cutting. Everything is very slow and bureaucratic. Women are not treated as leaders. While some managers are good, most are terrible.

Bad, bad, bad environment

Pros

Given recent cuts, opportunities to be more involved in broader projects, with entrepreneurship benefitting the most.

Cons

Political environment, from which your variable pay depends. Drama-based bank, toxic environment to start a career in your high 20s. One would definitely learn on how to watch his/her own back, but not worth it. Look for something else.
