Modelling training, Graduate training in London for six weeks and regular M&A workshops detailing important issues in the industry. Team culture is very strong with an informal, open-plan atmosphere with constant banter amongst analysts and associates and good connectivity with senior management. As teams are small, get good involvement in major transactions and closeness with remaining team members. Everone is approachable including MDs, COO and Head of the Bank. We also have quarterly lunches with the Head of Banking to improve feedback to management.
