Pros

If you get lucky the bank is big enough to enable a move to different groups without much fanfare.

Cons

Chaotic at times. Long hours. Team leadership lacking for the guys on the ground. Feedback from team leads lacking.

Pros

Motivated individuals will find plenty of opportunities for professional and personal growth if they seek it. This is a company that gives back as much as you put in. Internal transfer is strongly encouraged for individuals that want broad experience across the bank.

Cons

As with many large corporations, there are individuals that are not career oriented and put in as little as possible to get by the day. Sometimes DB confuses experience with expertise.
