Pros

Interesting work at times. Most of the people were good to work with.

Cons

This is a large place, and to have a general downside would be unfair, but from the perspective of one area, achievements were not recognised. Recognition was misplaced.

Pros

Deutsche Bank has the potential to be a great place to work. They offer decent salaries. Well, I'm sure Senior Management isn't complaining, but it could be a little better on the "lower side of town." The benefits are also decent, but they do offer an excellent maternity/paternity leave. For the most part the enviroment is a good solid one. Most of the employees seem to work well together, but then again I can only speak for my floor/group. Leadership is good. Lines of communication are very open. The individuals in those positions seem competent enough. Overall, I would give working here a B-.

Cons

Stagnant for "lower" end employees. Promotional opportunities are in the middle of the road. My biggest qualm is that admins are expected to be admins like we have no brains, but yet you are required to have a Bachelors.
