Pros

The gorgeous campus in Riverwoods makes coming to work pretty easy. 25 days PTO to start and working with smart, talented people is great.

Cons

Very heavy on hierarchy - getting a decision made is not an easy ordeal - one must go through a LOT of layers to achieve simple tasks.

Pros

Benefits are good, especially Paid Time Off program (instead of separate vacation/sick/personal days). Office facilities are very nice. Company culture very friendly, welcoming.

Cons

Many employees are allowed to underperform, making life more difficult for those who are working hard. Far north suburban location very inconvenient for people living in the city of Chicago or the western or southern suburbs.
