Leadership culture can be passive agressive, generally pretty flat corp. structure yields artificially lower seeming titles for positions

Pros

The riverwoods campus was a great place to work. Nice environment, friendly people, great facilities. Chair massages two days a week!

Cons

Sometimes felt like there was little opportunity for advancement within the company, needed a place to work with more upward mobility.
