Pros

They provide a good amount of PTO

Cons

Totally disjointed company, few people really seem to know what they're doing.. The unnecessary layers of management and cumbersome governance requirements make the most menial of tasks exhausting. The CEO is a terrible leader, he's most adept at following the crowd and virtue signaling.

Pros

Good benefits and generous time off

Cons

As with anywhere else, your manager's attitude and behavior towards you will greatly determine your job satisfaction. Unfortunately, if your manager isn't good, you will pay the price, get thrown under the bus and no one will have your back. The HR Dept. is awful for employees. Discover was a better company when I first started working there, but 6 years later it was not the same place. I've been away for several years, but I'm going to guess it hasn't improved and most likely has gotten worse.
