Pros

They really tried to make their employees happy. They also give a lot of great benefits at a reasonable cost. Constant contests and prizes. Flexible work schedules and availbility to work from home.

Cons

If you cannot handle speaking with 40+ and at times, reaalllly angry people, do not take at job here doing any kind of customer service. They put constant pressure on you to achieve your metrics and even if you had a GREAT call, if you missed one tiny litle thing, and it didnt inpact the customer, they would "ding" you. Say bye to your bonus that month.

Pros

25 days of paid time off;

Cons

But you will need all that time off! Management lacks vision and foresight....they refuse to change the outdated ways and systems. Also, this is the lowest paying company in all of the financial services(immediate competitors) ; they justify this by saying that we "CARE" about our employees! Total BS. Mid management is nasty and greedy. They don't care about their employees rather pretend to do. Employees in general are not highly educated. Most come from experience from the "filed" and therefore feel that data analysis is a waste of time!
