Market position. Grasp of space. Big picture strategy and drive to be the leader. Not afraid to take on big challenges to get to a better position.

Cons

Transition of older systems, process and culture from Compuware to Dynatrace has been a bumpy road. A lot has been taken on in a short period of time.

#1 APM market share leader. Work/life balance and flexibility. The people are great, and talented. New (and cool) office in Detroit with great perks. Senior leadership in office is visible and takes pride in local team. Company executive leadership experienced in APM and committed to dominance. We're changing the game, not just playing in it. No suits or ties allowed.

Cons

Fast paced company still going through change (after going private). If you prefer to punch a clock and hit repeat on your professional life everyday, this is not the right place for you.

I honestly could not think of anything. I have never enjoyed waking up for work as much as I do working at Dynatrace.
