      Good company for getting experience, interesting various projects but low salary.

      Good working environment, interesting projects, good life/work balance, flexible schedule, intelligent management, ability to gain various experience, a lot of benefits for employees, easy relocation to another countries

      Cons

      Smaller salary than in the market, salary promotions only once per year and not more than 10%. Sometimes managers promises in case of salary and work prospects are not real

      Good place to work both for experienced professionals and for IT starters who want to get very qualitative experience. Wide range of clients and projects in many directions. Good accountancy support.

      Cons

      Not all projects have good managers, once you have started work for the company you become slow in salary growth.
