A lot of different projects. it is possible to find the one which is really suitable for you, based on your interests and preferences. Stable career growth. Very good working conditions, extra trainings related to your job, sports, medical insurance and so on.

Cons

This is a stable company, and as a result projects might be based not on the modern IT technologies like in nowadays startup. Just try to avoid them.

EPAM provides good work contributions and medical insurance. Company is focusing on profesionals so average level of profesional competence seems to be higher than in other companies

Pros depends on project. Short time projects cannot provide good career opportunities. you should analyse the project which you wont to apply
