Big professional community Learn best practices, industry standards Few overtimes if any (compensated when there is) 360 degree internal reviews guarantee good managers Internal mobility between technologies Company growing like crazy for many years now and no end in sight

Cons

Only outsourced development, no original product, always working for a customer. So not so much chance for real creativity or real added value to some original product.
