      + Safe environment in terms of job security + If you are lucky with the project - your schedule can get extremely flexible + Medical Insurance + If you are lucky you can negotiate a good salary from the very beginning + If you are lucky with the project you can go on different business trips

      Cons

      + Management doesn't give a damn about your professional growth + Mainly mediocre/limited people around + If you are not lucky you get paid chump change + If you are unlucky with the project - your work is a bloody nightmare

      Flat structure. Quite friendy co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of corporate culture. Huge chaos, lack of strategy & very veak senior management focused only on short terms goals (most Senior Managers has carrer history & progress only within this company so it's really difficult to them think outside the "east-side basic outsourcing")
