Comppetitive salary. A lot of benefits and bonuses. A lot of interesting events. Strong learning culture.

Cons

Anywhere does not necessarily mean anywhere. There are limitations as per each individual country laws and regulations. Also, the list of available countries maybe updated due to political situation and etc. Anywhere employes have weeker talent development support comparing to GDO. Relationships are built on a dry professional manner.
