Pros

the firm provides great flexibility in terms of working arrangements. Support and training given throughout professionally and for further study. being a global company there are plenty of opportunity to work overseas. In terms of promotion, again lots of opportunities, as long as you put in the hard work and can demonstrate your potential. fellow workers are friendly and mostly easy to get along with. The open-plan design of the office is a plus, working in a cubicle would get boring

Cons

There tends to be favouritism but generally workers are given recognition for good completion of task and constructive feedback.

Pros

The people and the flexibility. The firm is very focused on trying to develope its people at every level. Regardless of who you are and what role you may have with the firm, if you put in effort, you will be rewarded. The opportunities are endless and the people you meet at the firm will be in your business network forever. This is a great place for young folks to begin their career. The things one learns at a large firm like this are priceless.

Cons

There really are no downsides to working at Ernst and Young. I really have enjoyed working there. The people are great and the experiences are endless.
