      Good work-life balance and supportive leadership and wide business portfolio. Ethical work-culture with strong focus on employee welfare. Better compensation among core companies in India.

      Cons

      Limited number of good projects and less focus on R&D for the future. The cautious approach towards business leads to slow and less risky works rather than novel Highly process based approache sometimes lead to long lead times.
