      - Opportunities to learn through internal tools and classes - Products in a lot of industries, so you can move if wanted to. - Diverse and knowledgeable workforce

      Cons

      - At my location a lot of older folks are ready for retire. But there aren't a lot of younger folks ready to take over or learn. - In order to move up, its all about who you know. Need to change that.
