Pros

Strong industry brand and reputation. Exposure to large-scale projects and a fast-paced working environment. Good opportunities for learning, especially for those early in their careers. Some teams have talented individuals who are collaborative and supportive

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging, with expectations often extending beyond standard hours. Leadership holds significant influence, which at times appears to be used more for personal advancement than team development. A noticeable culture of favoritism and groupism exists; "inner circle" culture. Performance reviews may lack objectivity and occasionally feel like a tool for control rather than development. Certain managers who underperform are still favored by local leadership, leading to inefficiencies. Recognition is inconsistent; there have been instances where credit wasn’t attributed fairly. Despite the strong brand value, the company culture can make employees feel easily replaceable rather than genuinely valued.

Pros

Mediclaim, Canteen, Transport and Flexibility

Cons

Company Culture: The work environment felt toxic, with excessive micromanagement and a lack of trust in employees. Workload & Meetings: There is significant work pressure, and a large portion of time is spent in meetings, leaving little room for focused work. Growth & Opportunities: There are no onsite opportunities, and the management lacks a clear vision for future growth or project direction. Appraisals & Compensation: Appraisals are average, and there is no bonus structure in place. Management Style: Managers are highly task-oriented and show little concern for employee well-being. Work-Life Balance: Poor work-life balance, with frequent expectations to stretch beyond regular hours. Treatment of Senior Employees: Experienced and higher-paid employees are often seen as liabilities and may face subtle pressure to leave. Technology Stack: The company relies on outdated technologies, which limits learning and growth. Final Thoughts: Consider this company only if you have no better options. It may not be ideal for long-term career growth or a healthy work environment.
