Pros
The employee benefit is competitive as compare to the rest of MNC company which included the flexi allowance, hybrid working mode (2 days work from home and 3 days in office) and offer employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) for permanent employee.
Cons
1. The working environment is toxic as the management will directly question and scold the employee infront of the everyone in the office 2. No work life balance 3. Lack of flexibility as the staff are required to replace if didn't work in office for 3 days in a week 4. No exit interview be conducted 5. Human resource team is bias to management and they would not care for those who leaving from the company 6. Macro-management working culture 7. Lack of career growth 8. Promotion offer is slow and take time
