Business Outlook

Pros

Not much anymore. Ever since 2019 and the Nvidia Aquisition potential, bonuses have gone, other benefits that use to be pros. A lot of the Software Engineers in Digital IT are good people but the morale is down.

Cons

- Non-Competitive Salary - Lack of promotions, deny promotions "too soon" even if you do the hard work and break the grade boundaries (1 year is too soon). - Morale way down, no motivation even from PMs - No desks allocated in office all hot desks - No bonus benefits, flexpot (4k a year) is gone. - All new hires are contractors, entire teams are contractors. - No opportunity for growth.
