You are a resource rather than a person - Staff Software Engineer Arm Employee Review

Thanks for leaving a review and your over 5 years of service to ARM! We have seen an increase of reviews on Glassdoor from our Bangalore office recently, and they have been escalated to be reviewed by the local People team manager Nupur as well as Guru, as this feedback is very important to us. Many employees feel/believe that the Engagement surveys are not anonymous (they are), so they provide they don't provide feedback via that platform. For AFDS, employees may fear retribution from managers if they provide negative feedback, so they come to Glassdoor as it provides anonymity. Any company would be happier to read positive reviews, though we also welcome negative feedback if it helps to improve the work environment for the better.
