      Benefits and pay are decent at the start of employment

      Cons

      Staying long term you will see your pay stay the same while your benefits get worse and more expensive. Management is only looking out for their raises and don't really care about you

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
