      Pros

      Nice Place to Work Good pay for an intern Office is nice and clean and the people are very respectable

      Worked there during the summer, they said it was slow I didn't think it would be slow there would literally be no work for an intern. Interned there for 2 months and only did about 8 hours of real work. First years didn't have any work to do either. Intern program was a mess. No one knew where we were supposed to go, they had no plan for us and just sent us where ever someone had an empty seat at the client.

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
