Pros
Building software for a globally recognized company like BMW is very exiting and fulfilling. BMW has really been pushing hard the last couple of years to raise the level of their technical expertise and it has been exiting to be part of it.
Cons
Like working for most large companies there can be internal politics that can interfere with projects.
