Pros
- People are nice and polite
Cons
- Completely remote work for Paris, Portugal has no say at all in the decisions - The managers in Paris only see Portugal as cheap labour - No salary raises at all until you make 2 years at the company and then it's a really low raise (< 5%) - Below average people in knowledge/professional experience. - Lots of people from courses like Physics, Civil Engineering are doing Business Intelligence and getting paid really low wages - Portugal attempts to artificially pretend there are career opportunities by creating 'Intermediate Manager'/'Manager assistant' roles, in reality these roles have no salary increases and it only offers work that the managers don't want to do like on-boarding people, etc. - The turnover is quite high, around 40% by my analysis and those who leave are the good professionals.
