      Pros

      Easy to obtain employment from Barracuda because they're always desperate to hire people. It's a good place to start your career, but don't stay too long.

      Cons

      Low pay, PM, QA, and DEV management are full of nepotism and people who will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better.

      Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

      Cons

      Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
