Pros

If you’ve had previous banking experience, this job is pretty easier to understand. Opening accounts is like a walk in the park and all the paperwork is electronic with electronic signatures. Keeps you busy so the days go by super fast.

Cons

Miscommunication happens a lot between employees and customers. I feel like there can be a disconnect between the tellers/bankers and the loan department, but we try our best. Pay could be better.
