      Pros

      The benefits are good. Good 401k match

      Cons

      Management are only concerned about them looking good to their manager. Zero compassion for mental health of employees. 3 members of our team were signed off for stress and management (and their manager) said to suck it up or find another job. The recent job cuts has left everyone on edge. The atmosphere at work each and every day is at an all time low.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
