It plays with your future. Citi have employee at vice president level who are just acting as parrot who is dancing on other people's finger. CITI managers are creating their own lobby and firing other hard working employees. Citi is worst place to join. Citi is forcing employees to work 8 hours a day in office. Citi does not have latest technologies to work. CITI is playing game to firing employees, first gives low level rating then there are no improvement plan, all of sudden ask employee to leave.
