Nothing positive with the exception that some of the colleagues were great people
Cons
Management is not supportive or professional. Lots of gossip and favouritism. Over-worked without recognition and OT. Poor salaries and incentive bonus'. A lot of false promises for promotions and personal growth. Management unaware of the operational responsibilities of the employees. A lot of structural changes without info and guidance. Poor morale, everyone keeps a low profile in order to not be laid off. Massive lay-offs for the last 5 years.
