Pros

One word NOTHING. There is no positive about this company. I started my career with a great company called HP(Hewlett-Packard inc) over the time HP board did mistake hiring lousy CEO and meaningless accusations. Compaq accusation was a mistake, EDS accusation also a big mistake and there goes spin up. The employee got nothing the CEO and board got their money tripled and then trashed the major part of the company in the hand of lousy CSC management. Now services suffer so as server and Networking dept and so as PC dept. One strong company was much better than three different companies.

Cons

Everything is cons starting with your pay package. You get just salary no bonus no hike even they take your 401K and give at the end of the year. HPE part didn't receive their 401K MAP yet and its already end of Jan 2018. The company takes pride in hiring management from Indian outsourcers like HCL etc even top Indian IT outsourcers don't hire people from companies like HCL. BTW CSC has 1 day bench policy GREAT RIGHT?

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
