Pros

Get to work from home for most positions. So the positive side is you can have the ability to see your family more and have a flexible schedule (within reason)

Cons

The organization is a convoluted mess. Roles and responsibilities are very fragmented and process are more complex than need to be. Almost impossible to work in an environment like this. Makes smart employees feel inadequate. From a sales compensation perspective, management is constantly putting out comp plans with great earnings potential, but the second folks start to really earn anything quotas get raised so they don’t have to payout. DXC is a good place to learn what not to do and how not to operate. Company does not care about fixing the core issues. Only cares about raising the stock price to grow too managements bank accounts. Turnover is high here. Most jobs will be outsourced over the coming months. There is no loyalty at all. Everyone is worried about self preservation (an environment the top 2 levels of management created).

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
