1. Even though they say you can also do a salary review, the reality is that you live in a constant unpredictable state where the management can just freeze the budget because the macroeconomics environment slowed down by a bit because tech market seems to be struggling. And when you put a lot of efforts, stay proactive, doesn´t seem that it changes anything, you don´t get compensated for it.
2.Also, the bonus system is not ideal and requires a lot of reworking.
3. I assume that for tech positions the situation might be different, but if you are working in Sales, it´s definitely not the best company to work at, especially if you want to grow and feel the impact of your job. Maybe it is good for unexperienced people looking for a first job in tech.
4. Another thing is probably the contract itself where you work as a solely entrepreneur. Company basically bears no responsibility for you. Good for them but if you live in a country where there is no legal entity (and by the way you are allowed to work from anywhere if you manager approves and it was approved in my case) then you are left on your own with taxes and all the bureaucracy that comes with it. This part is quite stressful.
5. And the last but not least, the hierarchical structure is flat. Like literally flat, meaning that sometimes it gets quite chaotic and stressful to understand who is responsible for what.
