      1. Great community of professional colleagues, where you can find new real friends and/or get help with your questions and goals. 2. Flexible working scheme: you can work entirely remotely or in the city office/corworking space. 3. DataArt - the only true "people first" company in the world! The company has proven it by its actions. 4. You can select among the projects to work at. 5. You get paid even if the project was closed until a new project is found for you

      Salary level is generally average for the industry. But it really depends on your skills.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
