Epic is reckless with employee health and safety - Software QA Tester Epic Employee Review

- Epic is reckless of employee health and safety. Work from home policy is outdated, and rooted in "culture" rather than facts. - Racist upper management is allowed to directly address POC and groups associated with diversity internally with no repercussions. - Leadership who speak up against harmful and dangerous work from campus policy are demoted. Internal methods of dissent and transparent feedback are eliminated. - Pay is generally good, but not for QA, we are currently below industry standard, consistently receive the lowest raises and bonuses compared to other roles within Epic. - It is made well known that everyone, across roles, are dispensable.
