Pros
Fortinet is an excellent company to work for as they have a fantastic product to sell. They are a top company who are leading the market and have a strong brand.
Cons
BDR management in Reading is terrible. The behaviour is manipulative, vindictive fashion which causes all the team members to have low moral. The team is micro-managed in a dictatorial way. Many team members are considering leaving Fortinet as a result; this is a real shame as it is a superb company.
