      - Good innovation to improve/create products - Uses modern technology stack - Not much micromanaging, focused on self directed learning

      Cons

      - All of the pros vary from team to team - Cubicle, undecorated/basic work environment, some people might enjoy this - Lacklustre in terms of snack/coffee room - Internal software and tools are dated and can be buggy - Company structure is very hierarchical
