Pros
A year go so fast, I've enjoyed the positive environment for working together. Top management has empowered the local team to be actively participating on the decision making. Company has always tried to accommodate the employee need and career aspiration by giving opportunity around the world. Beside of the Henkel Academy which give employee learn directly face to face from the lecturer, abundant of training series are also available as eLearning module and every employe can easily access to learn anything the like. it's a rare opportunity provided by other company, a privilege for people who aim high self-improvement and want to get better career opportunity
Cons
the different standard country by country in many aspects will remain the challenge, particularly historically Henkel built from many companies. Immersion and transformation of culture is needed to create better communication across function to smoothen the process production and deliver the customer need. Many of long services employees which faces changing company from time-to-time need to make them feel valued by company, otherwise they will feel demotivated. The CSX transformation will remain challenging when there's no transparency and clear target, it's a bit hurting almost every function and at the end will also loosing customer confidence with Henkel. Sharing pain point in other region might help to fasten the learning curve.
