Pros
-My pay is decent but for working here 6 years I would hope to be making more by now. -Nice co-workers at my facility. -Good benefits and generous PTO. -Long term job if you are a good employee.
Cons
-Raises could be a little better. -A lot of work in my position for one person to handle. -Training is not as good as it could be. -Advancement takes a long time if it happens at all.
