Top management is new but seems promising. Moody's is sticking around since they do find some merit in the company and the employees. Changes that the company intends to make are slow but visible. ICRA still maintains analytical rigour and still values employees. The emotional quotient is still quite high and the managers are doing their bit to ensure people are well looked after. The BD folks especially the junior ones are amongst the best in class due to the rigorous training and guidance provided. The attrition is high, but so it the case everywhere. The attrition has led to a negative branding around that the management needs to change. The management is agile however needs to showcase the same. Some stern and quick measures need to be adopted to ease the unrest. Systems a bit dated that needs to be quickly turned around.
